Purpose: To educate business owners about the critical elements to achieving a purposeful, organized and disciplined sales process and organization. How sales organizations need to focus on the best sales activities that when executed well and consistently will lead to sales goal achievement. Finally, how to lead sales organizations and salespeople by managing activities vs. sales goals.
